Deputy President no longer to address the Black Business

Deputy President Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, who was scheduled to address the
gala dinner of the Black Business Women's Association (BBWA) later today, will
regrettably no longer be attending the function as previously announced.
The Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry, Ms Elizabeth Thabethe, will
represent the Deputy President at the function. The dinner which is scheduled
to take place tonight, will go ahead as planned.
