Premier Ebrahim Rasool and Cape Town's Executive Mayor Nomaindia Mfeketo are
to announce development plans for the 2010 Soccer Stadium and Green Point
Common at a joint media conference at the Green Point Stadium.
All three spheres of government will be represented with Minister Essop
Pahad from the President's Office also attending. Various soccer leaders and
celebrities will also be present.
