In marking the official launch of the Youth Development Month programme, the
Presidency, National Youth Commission (NYC) and Lejweleputswa District
Municipality (LDM) will hold a Ministerial Imbizo in Hertzogville, Free
State.
The Minister in the Presidency, Dr Essop Pahad, and the NYC Chairperson will
address stakeholders and members of the media on the month's plans and the
broader agenda of the government focusing on the youth.
Members of the media are invited as follows:

Venue: Malebogo Stadium, Hertzogville (Free State)
Minister Pahad, Free State Premier and LDM Executive Mayor will respond to
youth development matters as raised by young people of the area. Expected to
attend are young unemployed, school going, those with disabilities, and the
rest of the community members.
The theme for the day is: Social Mobilisation for Youth Development.
Members of the media are invited to attend a media briefing to be held at
the Hertzogville Community Hall.
