The North West Provincial Government will embark on an imbizo project as
part of the national Imbizo Focus Week. The first imbizo will take place on the
Saturday, 8 April 2006, at Manamela MPCC, Manamela Village in the Moses Kotane
Local Municipality.
The programme will begin at 11h00 when Premier Edna Molewa together with
MECs and new elected councillors will be visiting projects in the area. As part
of the programme the Community Development Workers will also be doing door to
door visits to the community to find out what their needs are from government.
A meeting with the community will start at 14h30.
