You are cordially invited to the Opening of the North West Provincial
Legislature by the Speaker, Honourable T R Modise and the State of the Province
Address by the Premier, Honourable B E E Molewa on 16 February 2007.
1. Please RSVP by Monday, 12 February 2007 by completing the form.
2. Telephonic confirmations will not be accepted without completed
forms.
3. Please note that the media briefing will take place on 15 February at
Boga Legaba in Mafikeng at 18h00. Accreditation will be done at this time and
this time only. Due to tight security this year, no accreditation will be done
on the day of the event.
4. Accommodation for out of town community media is available. Please ensure
that you complete the media accommodation form if you require
accommodation.
5. Please ensure that you complete the transport required portion of the
form should you require transportation. Please note that this transportation is
offered only from the accommodation venue to the Legislature on the day of the
event. Please note that we only offer one night accommodation � 15 February
only.
