C Dowry to open food security project, 25 Apr

The Minister of Agriculture, Cobus Dowry, will open a public-private
partnership food security project in Philippi tomorrow, 25 April 2006.

This project is a joint venture between the Department of Agriculture, the
Muslim Judicial Council, the South Africa Agri Academy and a farmer from
Philippi. Food security projects in the urban node will play a vital role in
the new Philippi market and also to put food on the table of the people.
