initiatives to improve the efficiency of the justice system

The Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Bridgette Mabandla,
will this Friday, 23 November 2007, host a round table discussion and gala
dinner with members of the Free State legal fraternity.
The discussions will centre around the Justice and Constitutional
department's efforts to make the justice system more efficient, including an
update on the recent Bills which came before Parliament.
The Minister will be joined by judges from the Supreme Court of Appeal; the
Bloemfontein High Court and members of the legal fraternity.
