Justice Minister, Mrs B Mabandla will be delivering her keynote address at
the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Lawyers Association (LA)
Annual Conference.
The aim of this conference is to strengthen the rule of law in the region
and the opportunity of exploring the challenging issues of law and development
within Southern Africa. This is the first conference of the SADC-LA which is
being held in South Africa since the inception of the Association in August
1999.
