Gauteng MEC for Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation, Ms Barbara Creecy,
learnt with great shock and sadness of the death of the Brand Manager of
Orlando Pirates Football Club, Zodwa Khoza, affectionately known as Zo.
On behalf of the Gauteng Provincial Government, we extend our heartfelt
condolences to the Khoza family, Orlando Pirates Management and team and the
buccaneer supporters.
"We join them in mourning the loss of this young and dedicated lady who
worked tirelessly for the good of the game in the field of soccer. As we mourn
her death, let us also celebrate her life as we value her contribution in the
development of football," said MEC Creecy.
