Soccerex unveils plans for attracting the world of football to
South Africa

A senior delegation from Soccerex in London will attend a press conference
to unveil plans for Soccerex 2007, to be hosted by the Gauteng Province, on the
26 to 28 November 2007 at the Sandton Convention Centre.

Key speakers include:

* Duncan Revie, CEO, Soccerex
* Barbara Creecy, MEC, Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation, Gauteng Provincial
Government
* Mphathisi Filtane, Business Manager, Johnnic Communications
* James Worrall, Sales and Marketing Director, Soccerex

These speakers will clarify the reasons behind Soccerex's move to South
Africa; how the arrival of the football industry's biggest players will affect
the Gauteng province; and the subsequent opportunities that will be available
for South African businesses. Duncan Revie will outline his vision for Soccerex
2007, while football's senior decision makers will express their opinions on
football in South Africa and 2010, including those views of Peter Kenyon Chief
Executive, Chelsea Football Club; Nelson Rodriguez Senior Vice President, Major
League Soccer; David Dein Vice Chairman, Arsenal FC; Philippe Le Floc'h
Director of Marketing and Media Rights, UEFA; Dr Irvin Khoza Gauteng ECO; and
Begona Sanz Commercial Director, Real Madrid FC. Jessica Motaung, Marketing
Manager, Kaizer Chiefs, will also be on hand to share her experiences of
Soccerex and can explain why the club has taken an active role at Soccerex for
years.

Journalists are invited to the event that will start at 11:30am at the
Sandton Convention Centre, Sandton.
