The KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Transport Mr Bheki Cele together with the Kaizer
Chiefs players will conduct a road show today, 6 November 2007 at 13h30 in
Clemont. The public will subsequently be addressed at Sugar Ray Xulu
(Phelandaba) Stadium.
The Department of Transport has teamed up with the well-known team to
promote road safety among road users. "Our intention is to strength the road
safety message among pedestrians, as 2007 have been declared the year of
pedestrians. We have teamed up with four Premier Soccer League teams to spread
the gospel of road safety" said Cele.
