MEC Cele will celebrate Womenâs Day with women from the cleaning services of
the Department of Transport with the aim of recognising their invaluable role
in the department, regardless of rank or nature of their job. MEC Cele upholds
the ideals of defending the weak and the significance of spending the day with
women, largely from previously disadvantaged backgrounds, in the quest to bring
hope and courage to women at all levels, as we celebrate Women's Month
2006.
