The South African Postbank Limited Amendment Act 44 of 2013 aims:

to amend the South African Postbank Limited Act, 2010, so as:
- to amend provisions that may negatively affect the operational autonomy and independence of the Office for Banks;
- to remove any inconsistencies with the Banks Act; and
to provide for matters connected therewith.
