The Security Forces Board of Inquiry Act 95 of 1993 intends:
- to provide for the establishment of a Security Forces Board of Inquiry to inquire into any allegation that an offence has been committed by a member of the Security Forces;
- to regulate the powers, functions and duties of the said Board; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
