The Regulation of Interception of Communications and Provision of Communication-Related Information Amendment Act 21 of 2010 aims:

to amend the Regulation of Interception of Communications and Provision of Communication-related Information Act, 2002, so as to extend the period within which the information of customers must he recorded and stored; and
to provide for matters connected therewith.
