National Economic, Development and Labour Council Act 35 of 1994

The National Economic, Development and Labour Council Act 35 of 1994 intends:

• to provide for the establishment of a national economic, development and labour council;
• to repeal certain provisions of the Labour Relations Act, 1956; and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
