The Merchant Shipping (International Oil Pollution Compensation Fund) Administration Act 35 of 2013 aims:
- to provide for administrative matters in connection with the levy imposed in terms of the Merchant Shipping (International Oil Pollution Compensation Fund) Contributions Act, 2013; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
