Local Government: Municipal Property Rates Amendment Act 19 of 2009

The Local Government: Municipal Property Rates Amendment Act 19 of 2009 aims:

• to amend the Local Government: Municipal Property Rates Act, 2004, so as to provide for the extension of the period of validity of a valuation roll and supplementary valuation roll that was in force before the commencement of the Act; and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
