Legal Metrology Act 9 of 2014

The Legal Metrology Act 9 of 2014 aims:

• to provide for the administration and maintenance of legal metrology technical regulations in order to promote fair trade and to protect public health and safety and the environment; and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
