Judicial Service Commission Act 9 of 1994

The Judicial Service Commission Act 9 of 1994 intends:

• to regulate matters incidental to the establishment of the Judicial Service Commission by the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1993; and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
