The Agricultural Labour Amendment Act 50 of 1994 intends:
- to amend the Agricultural Labour Act, 1993, so as
- to substitute the provision relating to the construction of certain provisions of the Labour Relations Act, 1956; and
- to amend the provision amending certain provisions of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1983; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
