The Africa Institute of South Africa Act Repeal Act 21 of 2013 aims:
- to provide for the disestablishment of the Africa Institute of South Africa;
- to provide for the transfer of the assets, liabilities, rights and obligations of the Institute;
- to repeal the Africa Institute of South Africa Act, 2001; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
