The Social Assistance Amendment Act 45 of 1994 intends:
- to amend the Social Assistance Act, 1992 [repealed in 2006], so as
- to amend a certain definition;
- to further regulate the making of grants and financial awards to certain persons and bodies; and
- to provide for incidental matters.
