Sale and Service Matters Amendment Act 80 of 1995

The Sale and Service Matters Amendment Act 80 of 1995 intends:

• to amend the Sale and Service Matters Act, 1964 [repealed in 2011], so as to make provision for the assignment of certain functions and powers to a competent authority within the jurisdiction of the government of a province; and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
