Police Amendment Act 16 of 1993

The Police Amendment Act 16 of 1993 intends:

• to amend the Police Act, 1958 [repealed in 1995], so as to provide for officers or employees who are in terms of the provisions of the Public Service Act, 1984, appointed in or transferred to the South African Police; and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
