National Supplies Procurement Amendment Act 78 of 1995

The National Supplies Procurement Amendment Act 78 of 1995 intends:

• to amend the National Supplies Procurement Act, 1970, so as
• to amend the definition of Minister; and
• to provide that a bank account for the National Supplies Procurement Fund may be opened with any commercial bank; and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
