The Local Government Transition Act Amendment Act 34 of 1994 intends
- to amend the Local Government Transition Act, 1993 [repealed in 2008], so as
- to empower the President to amend the said Act by proclamation in the Gazette; and
- to provide for the validation of the extension by the Administrator of a specific period; and
- to provide for incidental matters.
