Land Bank Amendment Act 24 of 1995

The Land Bank Amendment Act 24 of 1995 intends:

• to amend the Land Bank Act, 1944 [repealed in 2002], so as
• to delete certain obsolete provisions; to repeal certain laws;
• to extend the application of the Land Bank Act, 1944, throughout the Republic; and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
