Investigation of Serious Economic Offences Amendment Act 46 of 1995

The Investigation of Serious Economic Offences Amendment Act 46 of 1995 intends:

• to amend the Investigation of Serious Economic Offences Act, 1991 [repealed in 1998], so as to provide anew for the entering upon premises by the Director: Office for Serious Economic Offences; and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
