Independent Electoral Commission Amendment Act 56 of 1995

The Independent Electoral Commission Amendment Act 56 of 1995 intends:

• to amend the Independent Electoral Commission Act, 1993 [repealed in 1996], so as to provide for the filling of a vacancy in the membership of the Special Electoral Court; and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
