Gatherings and Demonstrations Amendment Act 13 of 1992

The Gatherings and Demonstrations Amendment Act 13 of 1992 intends:

• to amend the Gatherings and Demonstrations Act, 1973 [repealed in 1996], so as to replace the short title of the said Act and the defmition of the defined area; and
• to provide for incidental matters.
