Credit Agreements Amendment Act 79 of 1995

The Credit Agreements Amendment Act 79 of 1995 intends:

• to amend the Credit Agreements Act, 1980 [repealed in 2006], so as to make provision for the assignment of certain powers and duties to a competent authority within the jurisdiction of the government of a province; and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
