Broadcasting Amendment Act 73 of 1993

The Broadcasting Amendment Act 73 of 1993 intends:

• to amend the Broadcasting Act, 1976 [repealed in 1999], so as to increase the membership of the Board of the South African Broadcasting Corporation; and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
