The Russian Federation Ambassador to South Africa, His Excellency M Petrakov will address Public Lecture on Russia South Africa Trade Relations. The two counties are members of BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa).
His Excellency will first meet and discuss with the Vice Chancellor of University of Venda in an effort to explore collaboration with the Universities in Russia. The Ambassador will later interact with students of the University of Venda.
His Excellency Petrakov is on an official visit in the Province from the 22 August until 25 August 2016. The purpose of his visit is to interact with the business sector in Limpopo. South Africa and Russia have the same goal of Promoting Trade and Industry as it is one of the items in their BRICS agenda. Public Lecture is planned as follows:
