Please receive the attached invite for the bringing down and blasting of the HG De Witt building in Pretoria CDB, on corner of Nana Sita and Bosman Streets. The demolition of the building will be conducted on 2 October 2016.
The demolition is part of DPW’s disposal strategy of old and unsafe structures that have reached the end their lifespan. HG De Witt was purchased by the department in 1984 and used to be single living quarters for the South African Police Service members.
