The Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF) in conjunction with the Gauteng Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, invite members of the media to attend the Presidential Hotline Forum. The Presidential Hotline Forum is a platform where National and Provincial Public Liaison officers report on progress made, successes and challenges regarding the presidential hotline.
The forum was formed in 2012 to address technical problems and the wrong allocation of complaints which had a negative impact on service delivery. Since the establishment of the forum, provinces are now resolving complaints received through the hotline successfully and more efficiently.
