President Jacob Zuma appoints Acting Judge to the Constitutional Court

President Jacob Zuma has in terms of section 175 (1) of the of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996, appointed Justice Fayeeza Kathree-Setiloane, a Judge of the Gauteng Local Division of the High Court, as Acting Judge of the Constitutional Court until 30 December 2017.

Justice Kathree-Setiloane will be acting in the position of Justice Sisi Virginia Khampepe who will be on vacation leave.
