President Jacob Zuma will tomorrow, 27 September 2016, hold a meeting with Premiers and the SA Local Government Association (SALGA) as he convenes the President’s Coordinating Council at the Union Buildings in Pretoria.
The meeting is scheduled to look at various issues including a Progress Report on the Registration of Informal Traders and Spaza Shops, Provincial Progress Reports on the Implementation of the Back to Basics Programme, the Implementation of the Socio-Economic Impact Assessment System, Revitalisation of Mining Towns, Integrated Urban Development Framework and a Progress Report on the work of the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Migration.
