North West Premier Supra Mahumapelo has conveyed his condolences to the family of Mahikeng FM station manager, Noah Donald Lentswe.
Lentswe passed away last week Thursday after a short illness.
Born in 1979 at Tshidilamolomo, Lentswe started working at Mahikeng FM in 2009.
He had previously worked for Radio Sunshine in Mahikeng and Lekwa-Teemane FM in Kimberley.
Mahumapelo said his untimely death was a huge loss to the province and the media fraternity.
“On behalf of North West Provincial Government, I wish to convey our condolences to the Lentswe family and the media fraternity. Through his media work Lentswe played an important role in promoting democracy and making sure that our people were well informed,” Mahumapelo said.
Lentswe will be buried in Tshidilamolomo this coming Saturday.
