Free State holds Operation Hlasela Outreach Programme in Lindley, 11 May

Operation Hlasela Outreach Programme in Lindley

The Premier of the Free State, Mr. Ace Magashule will lead a delegation of MECs and leaders of local government to an Operation Hlasela Outreach Programme in Lindley, Nketoana Municipality. The objective is to identify the needs of the community, in particular those from poor households.

Operation Hlasela, adopted by the Free State Provincial Government (FSPG) as a service delivery methodology in 2009, ensures that everything that the Free State government does is themed around this service delivery model which means “attack” in most official languages.

Operation Hlasela dictates that in whatever government does it must do so faster, smarter and differently. It is also a clarion call to all stakeholders and social partners to work together to do more. The Free State Provincial Government (FSPG) continues to position itself as a responsive government that prioritises issues raised by communities.
