Bokone Bophirima Premier, Supra Mahumapelo will this month officially open three newly built health facilities in Vryburg, Mahikeng and Mathibestad to address main challenges of access to health care. Premier Mahumapelo will also open Witrand Psychiatric Hospital, Potchefstroom which received essential upgrade to resemble a place of healing from the outside.
The opening will take place as follows:
- 14 July – Joe Morolong Memorial Hospital, Vryburg
- 18 July – New Bophelong Psychiatric Hospital, Mahikeng
- 25 July – Mathibestad Community Health Centre, Mathibestad (near Hammanskraal)
- 29 July – Upgraded Witrand Psychiatric Hospital, Potchefstroom
All events are scheduled to start at 10h00. Members of media are invited.
