Minister in the Presidency responsible for Women, Susan Shabangu will host a dialogue with young women in Soshanguve, Tshwane. The Minister will share the learnings and lessons among women from the landmark periods of 1956 and 1976 and young women of today.
The department of Women has partnered with the National Youth Development Agency (NYDA) and the City of Tshwane in hosting the dialogue.

The department of Women encourages women to use the hashtag #TellHerStory to tell their stories as a lead up to the celebration of Women’s Day on 9 August.
The 60th anniversary of the Women’s March will be held under the theme, “Women United in Moving South Africa Forward.”
