Minister Jeff Radebe delivers second Lecture on National Development Plan Vision 2030, 16 Sept

Minister in the Presidency for Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation and Chairperson of the National Planning Commission, Jeff Radebe will deliver the second annual National Development Plan (NDP) lecture entitled, Heritage and Citizenry.

The NDP lecture is hosted in partnership with the University of South Africa’s (Unisa) School of Governance. The first NDP lecture was delivered in September 2015. The lecture will also be a platform to mobilise and actively engage citizens on the NDP.

In September 2012, Cabinet adopted the NDP which is a long term vision and plan for the country, it serves as a blueprint for the work that needs to be done to achieve a prosperous society for South Africa in 20 years’ time.
