Minister of Police studying the Ntlemeza judgement
The Minister of Police, Mr Nkosinathi Nhleko has noted today’s decision by the North Gauteng High Court in the matter of General B Ntlemeza.
The judgement relates to the decision by the Minister of Police on 10 September 2015 to appoint General Ntlemeza as the National Head of the DPCI also knows as the Hawks.
The Minister respects the court’s decision and will be studying the full judgement prior to giving any further comments on the matter.
