The Minister of Communications, Faith Muthambi has noted the judgment by Judge Davis in respect of the matter between Democratic Alliance vs SABC and others, which was delivered this morning in the Western Cape High Court.
The Minister will be meeting her legal team to consider the judgment and any cause of action to follow.
