Minister Radebe to host fourth industrial revolution masterclass for youth entrepreneurs

Minister in the Presidency for Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation and Chairperson of the National Planning Commission, Jeff Radebe will host a masterclass in partnership with Cisco and Duke University entitled, “The Fourth industrial revolution as a disruptor and opportunity” for youth entrepreneurs.

The master class will be covering topics on artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics and will equip participants with best practice approaches on how to incorporate technology towards the implementation of the NDP Vision 2030

The NDP has identified science, technology and innovation as a pivotal sector that will assist South Africa to counter the challenges of poverty, inequality and unemployment and is encouraging all sectors of society to work together towards the implementation. 

The Department of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Cisco and Duke University will work together to empower South African youth entrepreneurs towards the implementation of the NDP 2030.
