The Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform, Minister Gugile Nkwinti will on Thursday, 3rd March 2016 conduct a site inspection on the “one household, one hectare” programme in Kenton-on-Sea, in the Ndlambe Local Municipality in Eastern Cape.
Minister launched the “one household, one hectare” programme in October last year at Gorah farm, where he handed over a portion of land and planted seeds at the Kenton-on-Sea Agri-business and multi-purpose cooperative. The beneficiaries have already planted Maize, Pumpkin, Sweet Potato, and Potato.
