Gauteng MEC for Roads and Transport Ismail Vadi together with senior officials from the Department, will on Monday, 18 July 2016 visit the Mamelodi Home for the Aged.
The visit is part of Mandela Day commemorations where various activities such as donation of food parcels, cleaning as well as repainting of the home and road markings will take place.
Hosted under the theme “Take action and inspire change” Mandela Day is a national day of service for South Africans and the entire globe to recommit to serving communities.
