The KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Finance, Ms Belinda Scott, in partnership with the South African Institute of Charted Accountants (SAICA) will be in Durban Elangeni Hotel on Tuesday, 19 April 2016 to engage with the media on their journey in grooming Charted Accountants.
The main objective of this initiative is to improve the financial management capacity at government's municipal level. This will enable municipalities to manage their budgets better and this is one of the factors that will later help them achieve clean audit reports.
