The focal point of the 9th iteration of IPAP will be the drive for Radical Economic Transformation whose key features include the need to raise aggregate domestic demand, mainly through public procurement and efforts to persuade the private sector to support localisation, energetic implementation of the Black Industrialists Programme and the National Buy Back SA campaign, as well as the strengthening of ongoing efforts to build a less concentrated, more competitive economic and manufacturing structure.
